Poor Customer Experience

Really poor experience as a first time customer of this company. A week after making my purchase and not seeing any delivery updates, I reached out to see what was going on. I was informed the polo I selected was actually out of stock (still showed in stock on their website) and the company was delaying shipment until they could figure out how I wanted to proceed, even though I was the one who had to reach out. After informing them I wanted a refund for the product, I waited a week for my refund. My other shirt is supposed to ship today, 11 days after my initial purchase. I am also being asked to review a shirt that I am not receiving because it is out of stock. Overall this has been a poor and frustrating experience.
