Returns

  • We accept returns on full price items for 30 days with proof of purchase.
  • Simply request a return label by emailing our customer service team at support@harlestons.com.
  • At this time returns can only be processed for a refund and we suggest placing a separate order using our Return & Reorder process if you need a different style or size. 
  • Items must be in original condition (unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached) or they may be refused.
  • Final Sale items, hemmed items, embroidered or altered items, may not be returned.
  • Returns are subject to return shipping and a $9.95 restocking fee.

REFUNDS:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment, or to HARLESTONS Credit. We cannot process a return if no purchasing information is available.
  • Once we receive your return, your refund will be issued within 7 to 12 business days. Your bank or credit card institution may take up to 2 weeks to acknowledge the credit after we process the refund.
  • Gift cards are non-transferable, non-refundable and are not redeemable for cash. We cannot replace lost or stolen gift cards.

RETURN & REORDER PROCESS:

  • Instead of exchanges, we now offer a more efficient process – send your unwanted product to us for a refund and place your order for the replacement directly on HARLESTONS.com. This means you'll get your replacement product much quicker! 
  • Return and Reorders are not subject to the return & restocking fee. Please notify us in your return email that you have reordered and we will waive the fee.
