Returns/Refunds/Exchanges 

Returns:

  • To start a return or exchange, visit our portal here.
  • We accept returns on all items for 30 days with proof of purchase.
  • The items must be in original condition (unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached) or they may be refused. 
  • You may return your items for either a refund to the original payment method or for store credit. Please allow 1-2 weeks for the refund to fully process.
  • We are proud to offer free returns on all unworn, unwashed, and nonembroidered items within 30 days of purchase. We believe in the quality of our products and as much as we hope that they will stay with you for many years to come, we completely empathize with the fact that sometimes shirts don't work out, colors look different, and sizes don't fit right. This is why we want to make the return process as painless and transparent as possible. 


Refunds:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment, or as HARLESTONS store credit. We cannot process a return if no purchasing information is available.
  • Once we receive your return, your refund will be issued within 7 to 12 business days. Your bank or credit card institution may take up to 2 weeks to acknowledge the credit after we process the refund.
  • Gift cards are non-transferable, non-refundable, and are not redeemable for cash. We cannot replace lost or stolen gift cards.

  • All final sale items & Mystery Boxers are not eligible for return.
  • Any items that have been altered, hemmed, or embroidered are not eligible for return.
  • The 30 day return window begins after the purchase has been made.
