Returns/Refunds/Exchanges 

Returns:

• To start a return or exchange, visit our portal here.
• We accept returns on all items for 30 days with proof of purchase.
• The items must be in original condition (unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached) or they may be refused. 

Refunds:

• Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment, or as HARLESTONS store credit. We cannot process a return if no purchasing information is available.
• Once we receive your return, your refund will be issued within 7 to 12 business days. Your bank or credit card institution may take up to 2 weeks to acknowledge the credit after we process the refund.
• Gift cards are non-transferable non-refundable, and are not redeemable for cash. We cannot replace lost or stolen gift cards.

*All final sale items & Mystery Boxers are not eligible for return. 
*Any items that have been altered, hemmed, or embroidered are not eligible for return.
*Returns for a refund are subject to a $9.95 restocking fee.
*The 30 day return window begins after the purchase has been made.
