At Harlestons, we are committed to delivering not just premium golf and lifestyle apparel, but also an exceptional shopping experience from start to finish. Once your order is placed, it typically takes us 1 to 2 business days to process and ship it. All domestic orders are shipped via UPS allowing us to serve customers around the USA with reliable service. If your order totals $150 or more, it qualifies for free standard shipping within the United States. For orders under $150, a flat-rate shipping fee will apply, calculated at checkout based on your location.

We do not currently ship to P.O. boxes, so please provide a valid residential or business address at checkout to avoid any delays. Our shipping team takes pride in packaging each order with care, often shipping in one of our signature Harlestons boxes for a premium unboxing experience.

If you're ordering internationally, please be aware that additional customs duties, taxes, or fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping rates.

In the event that you haven’t received your package within 30 days of your purchase date, we ask that you contact us at support@harlestons.com. Please include details about your tracking information—such as whether it shows no delivery activity, was marked delivered but hasn't arrived, or was delivered to an incorrect address—so we can investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
