General

We do not currently have a retail store built solely for Harlestons. However, we are stocked in many retail stores across the country.

Yes! As long as we have not processed your shipment (which usually takes place within 1-2 business days) we can adjust the order. Please send us an email to support@harlestons.com if you need to make any edits or cancellations.

Your order can be tracked by the link in the post purchase email that was sent to your provided email address. This email details your order number, products ordered, order total, and the order tracking information.

Unfortunately, we do not offer gift wrapping or gift boxes at this time. However, you can request in the Checkout Notes to have your order sent in one of our boxes rather than in one of our bags.

Shipping & Delivery

It takes us 1-2 business days to fulfill and ship out your order after it has been placed.

At this time we do not ship to P.O. boxes.

Send us an email at support@harlestons.com  if you have not received your order within 30 days of purchase. Please include in the email whether your tracking information reflects that it has either not been delivered, was delivered to the wrong address, or is marked as delivered but hasn’t been seen.

Yes, we do ship internationally using DHL as our carrier. Please be mindful of extra costs associated with purchasing internationally.

For all domestic orders, we use UPS as our carrier.

Customer Care

As we do not currently have a Customer Service phone number, you are welcome to contact us via email 24/7 and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

You can scroll to the very bottom of any email newsletter that you have received from Harlestons to see an “Unsubscribe” button. Click that button then follow the prompts provided to be unsubscribed.

The extended warranty could come at a different cost depending on the type of product and extended period.

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns on all items except for Sale pieces and Mystery Boxes within 30 days with proof of purchase. The items must be in original condition (unworn, unwashed, with tags attached) or they may be refused. 

Please note that refunds for returned items are subject to a $9.95 restocking fee.

Once we receive the undamaged product successfully, the refund will be processed within 7 business days upon receipt of the return.

All Mystery Boxes, Sale items, and any items that have been altered, hemmed, or embroidered, are not eligible for return. 

All products that have been in the customer’s possession for over 30 days since purchasing are not eligible for return.

Products & Fit

We only offer embroidering for club, group, and corporate orders according to proper minimum requirements. If you are interested in placing one of these orders, please send us an email at support@harlestons.com.

At this time, any items ordered through our website are not eligible to be tailored prior to shipping.

Unfortunately, we do not offer specifically big & tall sizing. However, we do run certain products up to a XXXL size range.

From hoodies to polos to pullovers to vests, all of our products are designed with a tailored fit.

Group & Corporate Orders

It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

Yes we can embroider ats, again, at the proper minimum. Please email us at support@harlestons.com for more information.

Yes, we ship wholesale all over the world using UPS/FedEx for domestic orders and DHl for international orders. Shipping costs will apply to your individual order.

No, the Free Standard Shipping over $125 only applies to individual e-commerce orders placed on our website.

At this time we do not sell women’s apparel.
