Shipping Policy
- Free Shipping: Orders of $150 or more qualify for free standard shipping. Â
- Flat Rate Shipping: For orders under $150, a rate applies for standard shipping. The rate will be calculated at checkout. Â
We aim to process all orders within 1–2 business days. Â
Free Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If an item isn’t quite right, we offer free exchanges to ensure you get the perfect fit or style. Â
- To initiate an exchange, visit our Returns and Exchanges portal within 30 days of receiving your order. Â
- We’ll provide a prepaid shipping label for the exchange at no cost to you. Â
Return Policy
If you need to return an item for a refund, please note the following: Â
- Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached. Â
- Refunds will be processed once the item is received and inspected. Â
Refunds and Lost Packages Policy
Lost Packages (In Transit):
A package is considered lost in transit when the carrier is unable to confirm delivery and tracking has not updated within a reasonable timeframe.
- If your order appears lost, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date.Â
- Once the carrier confirms the package is lost, we will gladly offer a replacement or a refund, based on item availability and your preference.
Delivered but Not Received:
If tracking information shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, we recommend the following steps before reaching out:
-Confirm the shipping address provided at checkout
- Check with neighbors, building management, or your local mailroom
- Allow 24–48 hours, as packages are occasionally marked delivered before arrival
If the package still cannot be located, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery scan.
- In these cases, Harlestons may offer a one-time courtesy replacement or refund, at our discretion.
- Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout are not eligible for replacement or refund.
- For higher-value orders, additional verification may be required before resolution.
Additional Notes:
- Shipping delays caused by weather, carrier disruptions, or peak shipping periods do not qualify as lost packages.
- Harlestons reserves the right to limit replacements or refunds in cases of repeated claims or suspected misuse.
- This policy applies to domestic orders only.Â
